Information
First timers are most welcome and are given support and encouragement.
No previous experience is necessary.
Please arrive in time for a prompt start at 10am. We will be finished by 8pm-9pm at the latest.
Limited car parking is available on site and we encourage you to car share. I will send out details a week before the sweat to all those who can car share so that this can be arranged between those participating.
Maximum of 12 people per ceremony.
What to bring:
Vegetarian food to share for dinner (a lunch of soup and bread will be provided)
Bottle of water
Towel
Torch
Rattle (we do have some, so please let me know if you need to borrow one)
What to wear:
Sweat lodges are mixed and so for modesty;
men wear shorts/trunks
women wear swimsuit, bikini, bra & knickers or sarong.
Notes:
Women on their moon are not excluded from the ceremony.
No drugs (this includes hash, grass and ayahuasca).
Young people aged 14 + are very welcome.
