Shamanic Exploration

I offer shamanic exploration sessions for those who are interested in this way of working.

This can be incorporated into our therapeutic work together, or you can come along for a one-off session.

This exciting and intuitive work can involve:

• shamanic drum journeys
• connecting with nature/the elements
• individual or group ceremonies
• smudging, rattling, chanting, toning
• connecting with and working with animal medicine
• house clearings
