I'm genuinely interested in what it's like to be alive, and the challenges and joy this can bring.
For me, therapy is about understanding ourselves, our relationships and experiences, ultimately allowing our true nature to unfold.
My original training was in Dramatherapy and I have developed my approach by regular supervision, ongoing personal therapy, training courses, experiential workshops and retreats, reading, travelling, and my work with adults, teenagers and children.
My approach is informed by body-centred and creative arts psychotherapies, shamanic experiences and perspectives, working with body and universal energy, connecting with nature, process oriented psychology, dreamwork, attachment & development, nutrition and transpersonal/spiritual living.
I currently run a private practise from home with adults and teenagers, facilitate a group for 8-11 yr old girls for Bath Social Services, am an advocate for young people with Barnardo's, facilitate clinical supervision groups for Swindon NHS, and will be co-facilitating Sweat Lodge Ceremonies from April.
I'm registered as a Dramatherapist with The Health Professions Council (HPC) and am a member of The British Association of Dramatherapists (BADth).
